Made the front page look a bit better and added a navbar at the bottom of the page for the links.

Added a "Scroll Line"/"Location Line" (idk what to call it) to the top of the page.
Also added the index (starting/"welcome") page and made the "About Me" page seperate from the Update Log page.
||I'm planning on putting the Version History side bar on the index page soon.||

Added some music {(might remove) I did}.
